Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We grant our customers a voluntary right of return of 30 days upon receipt of the goods.

To be eligible for the right of return, the following conditions must be met:

The products may only have been worn for fitting as in a store.

All products must be returned complete and undamaged in their original packaging.

Product packaging, labels any protective film, and tags must remain intact and be returned.

Returns must be packaged properly.

To start a return, you must contact us at hello@ram-watches.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are not authorized and will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Terms

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Returns must be sent by registered mail. The carrier will issue a receipt containing a consignment number in the event of a lost parcel.

Returns that cannot be assigned to the customer are stored in the blocked warehouse for three months. After this period, we may freely dispose of the return shipment.

Exceptions

There is no right of return for the following items:

Items on sale

Vouchers/gift card

Custom-made and engraved product

Perfumes, cosmetics, smartwatches & activity trackers: these products are  delivered in sealed packaging.

Candles

Hygiene articles (e.g. protective masks)

Products marked accordingly

Exchanges

There is no right of return for the following items, however, you may exchange these items for equal or greater value (any price difference must be paid by the customer): 

Items with a price of over CHF 1,500

Genuine jewelry (i.e. items made of precious metals such as gold, silver and platinum)

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to      your original payment method (subject to a deduction in the event of damage, excessive wear and tear or similar) within a reasonable time. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.  Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the posting date.

This policy incorporates by reference the Company’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. To the extent there is a conflict, the Terms of Service shall govern. You herein agree that as of the first date of use of the Company’s Website or Services, as those terms are defined in the Terms of Service, you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.
