We at RAM Swiss Watches are proud to share the accomplishments of our Swiss athleetes - 3 sisters from the Jurt family - in the UIPM Pentathlon World Cup in Cairo Egypt.
The commitment to sports is in RAM's DNA - The Olympian Anna Jurt and her sisters Floriana and Katharina Jurt are all three RAM Swiss Watches brand ambassadors. As well as the RAM event sponsorships and the UIPM Special Edition Collection we have released in collaboration with the UIPM to further support the sport.
The UIPM 2026 Pentathlon World Cup in Kairo took place on the 2nd week of April. The Jurt sister have shown incredible performance at the qualifications, with all three sisters qualifying for the semi-finals. As can be read on the official UIPM Newsletter:
"There was a little slice of history and a lot of joy for the Jurt family as Switzerland’s impressive sisters led the way on numerous fronts. World No.14 and Paris 2024 Olympian Anna Jurt (SUI) topped the list of qualifiers, winning Heat B with 1,415 points, as 36 athletes in total made it safely through to the Semi-finals.
Anna’s younger siblings shared the limelight as the twin combo of Florina Jurt (SUI) and Katharina Jurt (SUI) also progressed. In the process, Florina set a new world record in the Obstacle discipline with a blistering time of 27.68sec."
In the Semi-Finals group A Anna and Katharina Jurt came in 7th and 8th place guaranteeing their place in the finals that will take place on Sunday the 12th of april.
Florina Jurt has made it to 11th place in the semi-finals, which is just shy of going to the finale. We are incredibly proud of our athlete and are wishing Floriana all the best in her future competitions and achievements in the field of sports.
The finale of the UIPM 2026 Pentathlon World Cup took place in Cairo, Egypt on the weekend of 11th to 12th of april. In the woman finale there were 18 contenders. Anna and Katharina Jurt have shown some incredible performance -> Anna Jurt coming in the 4th place and her sister Katharina in the 12th place. We are very proud of our Swiss athletes and will keep tracking their performances and support them on their professional sports career path.
