Anna came into the final Laser Run sitting in 4th place, but she saved her very best for last. With an ice-cold final leg, she fought her way past the field and crossed the line first, finishing on 1493 points for her first-ever podium on the Pentathlon World Cup circuit — and it's gold. It came down to a tight battle on the last lap, with Anna edging out Viyaleta Hureyeva (BLR) by just 5 seconds, and Laura Heredia (ESP) taking bronze. As the Laser Run Olympic record holder from Paris 2024, Anna once again showed her class when it mattered most. |
